2025 Impact Report

Vision

We believe in the power of education to change the trajectory of individual students, school communities, and society as a whole. We believe in students – when challenged with something great enough and supported exceptionally well, they can accomplish almost anything. Our driving vision has always been to have a positive impact on as many young people as possible. This venture allows us to scale that vision and change the paradigm of what student potential and workforce expansion can truly mean.

INTERalliance

In March 2025, Paradigm and INTERalliance co-sponsored the Women CISO panel discussion. More than 100 students joined us for a lunch-and-learn that included three incredible and inspiring women who serve as chief information security officers at top companies across the country.

As a young woman looking to go into a male-dominated field, the opportunity to host Paradigm’s women’s CISO panel was refreshing, as well as inspiring. Speaking and receiving guidance from women who have put so much effort into their careers was an invaluable experience.

Paradigm has transformed our high school by opening doors to opportunities students had never before imagined, from hands-on training to exposure to real-world career pathways in cybersecurity. Students gained confi dence and skills that extend beyond the classroom, preparing them for future success in college and the workforce. The program also inspired me to further my own cybersecurity learning, serving as a role model by demonstrating that growth and discovery never stop.

With real-world experiences, networking opportunities, and a clear path toward future careers, our cybersecurity program has been one of the best additions we’ve made for our students and community. The program’s success has been a group effort, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of Paradigm. Their commitment to professional development for our teachers and staff and their detailed, ever-evolving curriculum have given us the tools we need to provide a world-class program for our students.
