About Paradigm Cyber Ventures

Paradigm Cyber Ventures was founded by educational leaders with decades of educational experience and a national network of innovators who are passionate about improving outcomes for all students. It all started with a conversation at a tennis tournament about building a high school cybersecurity program that could become the national hub of cyber talent. From there, growth has been rapid, exciting, and always student-focused. We have grown from a compelling vision to a reality of hundreds of students, highly qualified graduates, and passionate industry partners all within a short period of time. We see this amazing potential, and we are called to spread it across the country.

We believe in the power of education to change the trajectory of individual students, school communities, and society as a whole. We believe in high school students – when challenged with something great enough and supported exceptionally well, they can accomplish almost anything. We believe that schools and learning and outcomes can be pushed far beyond what has been seen before. We have practiced this our whole careers, and we bring that same relentless focus to Paradigm Cyber Ventures.
